Grounds For Coffeemaker Recall?

Almost every residential drip coffee maker requires the water to be poured in the top of the machine. However, standard kitchen counter and wall cabinet heights do not leave enough clearance above the coffee maker to easily pour the water in. This is a design flaw that is doubly frustrating since I have to deal with it before I’ve had my coffee in the mornings!
