I had three irish (decaffeinated) coffees (over three nights!), and they
were different each time. the first was perfect; the second was lukewarmish
and filled to a couple of inches below the rim; and the third had ice cubes
(! – what were they thinking? but maybe that explains the lukewarm one, too.)
